Team experience

We are a husband-and-wife team with experience spanning a wide range of clients, industries and creative disciplines gained through working within world-class design consultancies. Together, we bring this collective experience into a flexible, approachable and highly collaborative partnership, offering clients direct access to senior creative and strategic thinking throughout every stage of a project.

Johnny Henderson

Design Director
Johnny is a strategically minded, process-driven designer who is just as focused on the user experience and objectives of a project as the final execution. Over the course of his 12+ year career, he has developed and supported brand and digital projects across a wide range of sectors, from household multinational brands to pioneering start-ups.

Driven by a tireless passion for his craft, Johnny’s skill set spans immersive digital experience design and development, animation, graphic design, 2D and 3D illustration, and print production.

Alongside his creative expertise, Johnny has extensive experience leading projects for both clients and multidisciplinary teams, helping guide ideas from early strategic thinking through to refined delivery.

Holly Henderson

Commercial Advisor
Holly has many years of experience working across the design industry with clients spanning sectors including events, pharmaceuticals and technology. Throughout her career, she has supported agencies, start-ups and multinational organisations in developing thoughtful and strategically driven creative projects.

Originally studying design and fine art, Holly graduated with a B(Des) (Hons) in Graphic Design before working for over eight years as a graphic designer. Her natural ability to build relationships, guide conversations and solve creative challenges gradually led her towards the strategic and business development side of the design process.

Passionate about curating meaningful creative work, Holly has a genuine enthusiasm for helping clients solve creative challenges in a thoughtful and collaborative way, ensuring projects remain purposeful, aligned and commercially effective from concept through to delivery.
