Description
Over the course of nearly three years, Dyson’s Experience Delivery Team required ongoing creative and UX support across a wide range of digital products, campaigns and customer journeys within its global digital ecosystem. The work focused on improving the clarity, accessibility and overall quality of key customer and owner experiences through insight-led design thinking and strategic digital development.

Projects spanned multiple product categories and touchpoints, including the redesign of the spare parts and accessories journey, improvements to the product owner experience for Dyson headphones, UX development for Dyson Refurbished and the creation of a new guided shopping experience for floorcare products. Alongside UX and UI development, the collaboration also included wider campaign and digital design support across a variety of evolving customer experiences.
