London Stock Exchange Group required a premium suite of recruitment campaign materials to support the promotion of its graduate programmes and early career opportunities. The project focused on translating the prestige, professionalism and international reputation of the organisation into a refined and highly considered visual communication system designed to engage prospective applicants.
The work involved creatively adapting the wider LSEG brand across a series of high-end printed and digital campaign materials, with particular attention given to typography, layout, material finish and visual consistency. Following the success of the initial rollout, the collaboration continued across multiple subsequent campaign cycles, helping to evolve and maintain a cohesive recruitment presence over a number of years.
