RCA Group required a scalable and modular digital platform capable of supporting a growing portfolio of regional airports while maintaining flexibility for each location’s individual identity, structure and audience needs. The project focused on developing a cohesive web experience that could be efficiently adapted and rolled out across multiple airports including Exeter, Bournemouth and Norwich.
While working at Popcomms, Johnny played a key role in the strategic planning, wireframing, visual direction and final UI design of the modular system. Custom iconography, mapping systems and visual assets were developed to allow each airport to reflect its own destinations, partnerships, flight information and regional characteristics while maintaining consistency across the wider group. The resulting platform has been recognised for its clarity, usability and clean user experience within independent airline and travel industry assessments.
