Description
The Royal Mint is the official maker of the United Kingdom’s coins and a globally recognised producer of precious metal bullion and commemorative collectibles, with a history spanning more than 1,000 years. Over the course of an extended collaboration while designing with Popcomms, a wide range of interactive, graphic and digital projects were developed to support both public-facing and internal communication initiatives across the organisation.
A key part of the work involved designing immersive deep-dive interactive gallery experiences for the visitor centre and international events, allowing audiences to explore the craftsmanship, detail and heritage behind the Royal Mint’s collectible pieces in a more engaging and tactile way. Alongside these experiences, the project included animation, motion graphics, presentation design, bespoke illustration systems and informational digital content, helping to create a richer and more cohesive communication experience across the wider Royal Mint ecosystem.
